We welcome both patients and clinicians for consultations. In our private consultation room, we use professional photographic equipment and software.

For your convenience we offer a few options to suit your location:

Freepost – Please download a Freepost label here or request some adhesive labels from us. Please bear in mind that Freeport is not a next day guaranteed service, so if there is any urgency, please use Royal Mails special Delivery service.

Postal deliveries from us are always done using Royal Mails Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed next day before 1pm delivery service with tracking.

International deliveries are offered using all the major courier companies. We will source the most competitive prices on the day and will only use safe, reliable, well known companies.

Courier – For Greater London areas we have a very reliable same-day courier service. Please give us a call and we’ll arrange it.

Local – West End collections and deliveries are carried out numerous times daily. Please give us a call and we’ll arrange it.

Normal working time is 2 weeks. Some implant cases can be done in this time but some will require a little longer. Obviously larger or more complicated cases involving planning, discussions and try-ins can take longer but we will endeavour to offer the most expedient service.

Understandably there are some circumstances that require express processing. We are happy provide express services but there will be express charges to cover team and production disruptions.

Most accounts are paid by BACS. We do also accept card payments, including AmEx.

Statements are generated monthly and we require payment within 30 days of statement date. Late payments will automatically incur a late payment charge. Please see our terms and conditions.
